Do we need to provide décor for the civil ceremony or reception suite?
As part of your wedding package, we offer a fully decorated ballroom with themed lighting, PA system, and microphone, along with elegant centrepieces, candelabras, and floral arrangements. Our candlelit ceremony aisle adds a touch of timeless elegance that guests will be talking about for years to come.
How long can you provisionally hold a date for?
We hold dates on a provisional basis for 2 weeks—no strings attached!
How many guests can you accommodate in the reception suites?
The Majestic Millennium Suite at the Bridge House Hotel Tullamore offers a romantic setting with high ceilings, chandeliers, and ornate wood finishes—perfect for weddings of 40 to 180 guests.
The elegant Charleville Suite, inspired by Charleville Castle, features diamond mirrors, soft lighting, luxurious drapes, and custom lighting to match your theme—ideal for weddings of 120 to 350 guests.
Is there flexibility on the packages?

Does the hotel have a dedicated Bridal Suite?

How many guest bedrooms are in the hotel?
The Bridge House Hotel offers 70 beautifully appointed en-suite rooms, including spacious family rooms, accessible rooms, elegant suites, and large doubles—designed to perfectly suit every guest’s needs and ensure a comfortable, memorable stay!
Can I stay the night before my wedding with my Bridal Party?

Can they offer special rates for wedding guests who want to stay?
We are delighted to off er you a suitable number of bedrooms at special rates. Our Reservations Manager is happy to personalise exclusive wedding packages for guests who wish to stay for longer.
Do they offer menu tastings and are they charged extra?
Get ready for a delicious preview! About 6–8 weeks before your wedding, enjoy an exclusive tasting for two with our Head Chef Tony, where you’ll customize and perfect your dream wedding menu.
Is the bar within the same main room?
Yes, both the Millenium and the Charleville suite have their own private bar.
What are they payment terms?
To secure your date, a booking deposit of €650 is required. This is followed by a €1,000 instalment three months later, and another €1,000 instalment three months before your wedding date. The final balance is due before departing the hotel following your wedding day.
Is there a minimum or maximum guest count?
A minimum of 120 guests is required for Friday and Saturday weddings. Maximum number of guests 350.
Has the hotel got its own carpark?
The hotel carpark is situated 100 metres around the corner from the hotel. Pass the hotel (on the right-hand side) take the second right turn after hotel, at T junction two barriers straight across street. The entrance barrier automatically rises when entering. Don't forget to get a token at reception when departing.

The Bridge House Hotel, Leisure Club & Spa is centrally situated on Bridge Street in Tullamore town centre and less than 90 minutes from Dublin, Limerick & Galway
🚆 By Train
- Tullamore Station lies on the Dublin–Galway and Dublin–Westport lines
- From the station, it’s about 800 m, or roughly 9–11 minutes’ walk to the hotel.
🚗 By Car
- Tullamore lies on the N52 and is accessible via the town bypass. If you're coming from the M6 motorway, exit at Kilbeggan and proceed south on the N52 into the town centre.
- Follow local signs towards Bridge Street where parking is available on-site at the hotel.
Is the hotel wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the entire hotel is fully wheelchair accessible, ensuring every guest can enjoy all our facilities with ease. We also offer accessible bedrooms to guarantee a comfortable overnight stay for everyone.
